Plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over; yearly plans get the whole year's credits up front. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your plan credits. If a step fails, its credits come back automatically. Minutes assume 1080p with one rewrite and two previews per video.
Questions
Everything you need to know before your first video.
What is an explainer video?
An explainer video is a short video — usually 30 to 90 seconds — that explains one idea, product or process in plain language, often with simple illustrations and a voiceover.
How long should an explainer video be?
Marketing explainers usually work best between 30 and 90 seconds; lessons and tutorials can run much longer. With Easyimate you pick any length from 15 seconds to 30 minutes. Videos over 5 minutes start with a chapter outline you can edit; each chapter is then written, reviewed and rendered, and joined into one video.
How does Easyimate make a video?
You describe the topic. Easyimate writes a script and a storyboard, then you review and edit both. It then records the voiceover, draws every scene stroke by stroke, adds music and exports an MP4 with a separate SRT subtitle file.
Can I edit the script and the scenes?
Yes. You can rewrite any line, change labels and speech bubbles, swap props and characters on the board, or ask the AI to rewrite a whole scene before you export.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Videos you export are yours to use in ads, on your website, in courses and on social media, with no watermark.
What do I get when I export?
An MP4 with voiceover and music in the size you pick — 720p, 1080p, 2K or 4K at 30 or 60 fps — plus an SRT subtitle file you can upload to YouTube or your video player. Free accounts export in 720p with a small watermark. Exports stay available to download for 7 days.
How do credits work?
Credits scale with length. Generating a script and storyboard uses 10 credits per minute, an AI rewrite 5 per minute, a preview 4 per minute and exporting 10 per minute, with small minimums for short videos. Editing text and props yourself is free. A 30-second video uses about 25–30 credits; a 30-minute video about 730. If a step fails, its credits are returned automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire and are used after your plan credits. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
Which languages are supported?
English narration is available today. More languages and voices are on the way.
